My conversion action ID is 6938733767.
I seem to have successfully received my uploaded click conversion event,
but I don't see any successful conversions on the overview page (I'm using
a Gmail account's hash value).

I currently have a requirement to create a conversion action for leads in
Google Ads. However, we don't need to set up Google tag because our offline
click conversion is uploaded through the Google Ads API.
