How to know when a campaign status is changed.

How to stop account level goal inheritance in campaign specific goals?

I was working on google ads api and created custom goal for my campaign but account level goals also get inherited in my campaign specific goals. Is there a way to prevent this inheritance? Or how to remove account inherited goals from campaign specific goals ? -- -- =~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=
