it's bit confusing, sorry - after researching more I realized that setting
a default goal in the UI (even if it was possible) will make no difference
for creating campaigns using API and it will have no effect for any default
attributes I may be missing.

We want to automate creating display campaigns and it seems to be not
practical without setting the goal (we only need 'website traffic' goal).
I understand that setting campaign goal is not supported in API but it we
still looking for a way to create campaigns via API.
