Campaign Asset (Sitelink): Turned off at campaign level

Hi, I am trying to create sitelinks across a number of different campaigns, however I get an error when I try to create them in certain campaigns. I haven't been able to pinpoint it exactly, but my suspicion is that the issue arises on campaigns where I see the message "Turned off at campaign
