I think he was asking if a Flash Ad can made external request at runtime (me
too!!). There is some confusion because somewhere I read that this can be
done, I think maybe in some Double Click api docs? I can't remember
really... Where can I find real documentation about the flash based ads?

The first I can see is you didn't specify a required start date.
The API response is really fluent on some errors, and very annoying on
some others (InternalApiError) !
