In v201206 there was an explicit way of querying that a campaign (and its
adgroups) uses contextual targeting (has Automatic Placements). It was a
field campaign.networksetting.targetContentContextual. This field has been
eliminated in v201209.

I have the very same problem. I specify the field 'Settings' in
the v201209 AdgroupService Selector, but get no field for it in the
response.
However, if I specify other field in the Selector (ie. "Name"), it works
fine (I get adgroup name).

documentation says that dateTimeZone field is not provided by
