Sandbox can't run C# example, HELP

Hi, I’m new in AdWords API so I decided to download run some example to see how it works. I download file: awapi_dotnet_lib_v15.0.0.zip from code.google.com. I fill App.config file and setup command line arguments to : v201209.CreateAccount When I run this example I got exception: System.Web.S
