I tried to assign an MCC account's label to a child account's campaign
using add_campaign_labels.py located in Git.
I was able to assign a label to the child account, but I was unable to
assign a label to the MCC account.
The following error message will appear.

You can ignore CALLBACK_URL, CLIENT_ID and CLIENT_SECRET. They are use for
interactive web server application.
Strangely enough, supposedly "old library" is updated with support for new
API version, v201209.
