I'm getting this error when using v201402 (but not v201309) it would be
really nice if the documentation for this error would be provided!!! Or
atleast give me a hint to which of the changes from 201309 to 201402 that
would cause this.

My guess is that about 40.000 of the 200.000 keywords you get from the API
is either paused/deleted or part of a campaign/adgroup that is
paused/deleted.
