is posible to geo traget campaign to post code of country and range in KM ?

how to get number of clicks of a particular group

Hi I have used report definition services for getting number of clicks of a particular groups. My report type is AD GROUP PERFORMANCE. But problem is AdWords dasboad display only 53 click. But AdWords api give me MORE THAN 1000 click of a particular group. Please any can help. How can I
