We use Offline Conversion uploads in our app through the API and it seems
to work, however for some reason we see a number of conversions massively
over reported for a few days. According to logs on our side everything
looks fine and the numbers match up to expectations but not in the goog

We have recently implemented offline conversion over the new API and we can
not see any conversions in the reports. I've double checked everything, the
API request does not report any error and I have no clue where to look for
a potential problem.
