solution. But it worked after 1 week. If you're not blocked on this you may
try to work on another task and every day try to enable this. You can also

I didn't receive any further contact from Google Team. But the problem was
solved today. I just tried to do the same process again and it worked.
Maybe google team solved the bug that was blocking me :)

PS. I can enable others APIs fine. I tested Google Analytics and youtube
