Hi,
I'm creating Targeted Custom Audiences using Google Ads Api and update
them. I know format which Google allows for IOS and Android. I post
accordingly and can successfully create and update audience normally.
But I got an Invalid Mobile Id Error for an audience and I couldn't find
what ca
can
match a 100K list in a very long time. I also got the RESOURCE_EXHAUSTED error
for a 500K userlist. What should I do? How should I change so that I can
send more users?

I didn't find any information about the Reducing Number of User Identifiers
except this blog.
