Customer Match List Showing 0 size even though we have uploaded more than 10 million users.

I am working on a service that will create a Customer match UserList for audience targeting and also upload few thousands UserData to the list. I wrote the code with new Ads API (Beta), but when I am running it it's giving errors. While searching for those errors seems this feature is not free
