AdGroupAdService-> TextAd -> description1 & 2 commas not allowed?

Hi, I am pushing up some ads through the api with adgroupadservice-> Textad but the commas keep getting removed from description1. E.g I push "Great offers from 57,70 €." which becomes "Great offers from 5770 €." I have read http://support.google.com/adwordspolicy/answer/176095?hl=en&ref_topic

Campaign Service - How do I set Targeted locations?
