When I use the UI to exclude an age range (e.g. 18-24) for an ad group, I
expected that when I query the AdGroupCriterionService requesting
AgeRangeType, I'll get a criterion entry showing the age range that was
excluded. However, instead I'm getting an entry for each age range.
