I'm using the sandbox and I've set the geo-targeting just fine. When I
use the api to retrieve the new targeting settings the longitude and
latitude is rounded. I've double checked the class before making the
changes and it's not rounded going in, but comes back rounded. I
haven't tried connecting
Is the sandbox fully functional with the GeoLocation? If I don't put
a full address in the code, it doesn't resolve to a Lat and Long. I'm
trying to use the proximity target with just a zip code and I can't
seem to make it work.
Any ideas? Thanks!

I can't seem to figure out what I'm doing wrong. Im using the v201008
library & php. Logging doesn't seem to be working unless I
misunderstand where I'm supposed to look. I followed the directions
regarding the settings and authentication ini files but have had no
luck
