It's my first time using google ads api and I'm a little lost with what we
can and can't do.
I want to use the google ads API in order to exclude automatically from the
category "Where ads showed" some placements that met certain criteria.
But in your documentation I can't see anything

I create a testing account in order to eventually test a google ads
extension.
And I'm facing some difficulties because i'd like to add some placement in
where ads showed.
But I can't do that since it's an historice.
Do you know how I can work around that ?
