TargetingIdeaService vs Keyword Planner

Hi, If I enter the same location, language, etc. and keyword combinations into TargetingIdeaService in the API and Keyword Planner online is it possible that I get different results? If I enter location: USA, language: English, keywords to inclue: nydj with the combinations below I get 83 resu
