Hi Team.
In the last couple of hours we're encountering a massive failures from
Google Ads API with CUSTOMER_NOT_ENABLED response. These customers worked
perfectly until 7:00 AM aprx. UTC.
These are the responses we get for lot's of customers:

We have a strange problem getting data from Adwords using the equivilant
mechanism of "All But Removed" and "All Enabled" filters
(Adgroup/Campgian/Ad) in AD_PERFORMANCE_REPORT.
When asking these specific report selectors:

Thanks for your reply, and I'm sorry for my late (no notifications in
google groups somehow).
As it seems, the report would be large. However, I would expect to get a
proper timeout message or another error, and not to be stuck.

Recently, we're encountering a bug in our Google Ads python library, when
trying to receive data of Keywords Performace response. The Google library
just waiting over than 50 minutes to get data back and stuck the process.
