How would I go about adding all possible user_interests and detailed_demographics to a campaign audience?

Response Values Casing Different depending on Client

We are transitioning from the .NET Google Ads Client to REST. With both methods we use a Search Stream query. We use the same exact query in both cases. Unfortunately, string data returned by the REST calls for many columns is all uppercase and is sometimes different in other ways than that.
