Hi! I used the Google Ads API to create a NEGATIVE PLACEMENT LIST on the MCC account（https://googleads.googleapis.com/v13/customers/{customerId}/sharedSets:mutate）, and added some urls to it. But an error occurred while linking this list to the AD account on the Sub-account settings page.why?
