Using Performance reports as listed in
https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports the only
way to download attribute data for Adwords entites (Account, Campaign,
Adgroup etc)? In other words to get attribute/structural data is specifying
the performance reports
Looking into how to retrieve sitelinks for campaigns -- is this answer
still (after a year) the accepted way of doing this? Because if so, wow.
This API needs some serious work.

sorry for the long delay in getting back to you.
I have tested uploading the ads using a lower PNG compression level (3,
default was 6) and now it seems to work.
If I find any other case where this change in compression level does not
solve the problem I will let you know.
