Thank's for sharing your code.
I've tried your code and I get always the error.
Fatal error: Call to undefined function CountryTargetSearchParameter()
But the file TargetingIdeaService.php is required - there is it's
definition.

Thank's for your answer. I get always
Fatal error: Call to undefined function CountryTargetSearchParameter()
I've grep'ed the adwords api lib, and I cannot find the definition of
the "CountryTargetSearchParameter"-class. It is always only extended.

Hi,
Unfortunately, the sandbox has its own set of dummy accounts. You can
read more about how to get started with the sandbox

Hi,
I found the actual cause of my problem.
Since I was only using KEYWORD_PERFORMANCE_REPORT, it returned
statistics only for automatic placements and none for Managed
Placements.
Thus, I have to run the report twice, once for
KEYWORD_PERFORMANCE_REPORT and MANAGED_PLACEMENTS_PERFORMANCE_REPORT.
Good morning, Kevin.
I am using sandbox, need some account set up especially for sandbox?
I thought all accounts could be used in the sandbox.
Thank you for your attention.

Hi,
Please also doublecheck that you are not using your production customer
ID in the sandbox - you have to use the sandbox accounts.

Hi,
since a few days when requesting Reports on v13, the XML file
returned is truncated and not well-formed.
I'm observing this on multiple different customers and haven't maid
any modifications on my side.
