authorization for you. Unfortunately we can not validate 3rd party code in
most cases.

Hello SEM,
It does not look like as a popular use case as all API users with developer
token have at least one login. Provided the service is part of common
infrastructure it is not feasible to make an exception for just one service.

Correct, but it is too many operations per time period, not request. I
would like to repeat the limits are different for the production
environment.
Also, please consider using MutateJobService which is specifically designed
to handle large requests.

Hi, I am trying province targeting across various countries.
Everything seems to work fine except for the Malaysian province for which
I am getting an error :
TargetError.INVALID_PROVINCE_CODE
I am using the province codes from here:
