Unable to set multiple platform target v201101

Wow, I'm a little shocked with what I've found. We are getting the error message even when there are no adparameters to be returned for the adgroups. It appears that the error comes about because of the number of adgroups in the request. I had chunked the adgroups to 100 and that was working
