The answer is yes, as Anash mentioned you can use the the validateOnly flag
to check for any policy violations before the Ad itself gets into the
system, the system will not block your account for sending many violating
Ads if using the validateOnly flag, then you can filter out the Ads wit

Is it possible to have a live feed that autimatically download all my clicks
with click cost for each click? And i know we can get historical datas
loaded up to adwords editor - but i am looking to get as fresh data as
possible. Like every 10 minutes - is that possible?
