Trying to set up API for adwords and Have authentication questions

So Im fairly new to this. We build some code using the API to update adwords for 1 website. Then I read that you have to have a MCC account to use the API? Basically I will only need this application for one website and I will not be managing multiple customers. We got the API to work fine with

Eric, We've also been experiencing the Pending status issue. Here are some IDs of reports that have failed 28% of the time this month. The last ID is from today. It seems the issue started around the 11th of this month. 1688900555 1689647675 1692407075 1695164435 1695813755 1697146835 16986637
