Increase in ConcurrentModification Exceptions?

No Account Name in URL_PERFORMANCE_REPORT?

It appears that getFields(URL_PERFORMANCE_REPORT) includes campaign name, adgroup name, but not account name. This field is important and a must have for us when running this report across client accounts. You supported this in v13 and I don't see any reason to leave it out. Please advice. Thank
