So I have my developers token and read that I can get an application
token by adding one in the AdWords API center. When I go here:
http://code.google.com/apis/adwords
and click access your AdWords API Center, I get access denied because
my access level isn't correct and I chould contact myself.
I already solve my problem on cityTarget. But still previous call
should return proper error msg.
