That is correct, the AdWords UI will not show changes made in the
Sandbox environment. At this time there is no UI available to view

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We were able to
replicate the problem and confirmed that the behavior is caused by a
bug in the library. An issue has been created on the Google Code site
that includes a workaround you can use:

I have some questions regarding update requests of adWords data(campaign,
adgroup, ad etc. )
1.When I request to update campaign is that updates any data in
child elements(adgroups, ads, etc.)?
2.And same thing for adGroup updating.
