Have never used redirection on the command line in the web interface, but in
a normal
command line we redirect output all the time with a ">" just like on an OS
command line.
I would think the same would work in the web interface.

the version we are using does not), but we run another product Open File
Manager
from St. Bernard Software and this allows all open files to be backed up.

Hello All:
We recently upgraded our ADSM 3.1.2.40 server to TSM 3.7.4.
Client backups and archives seem to be functioning OK under new server with the
exception of a Novell server.
Daily incremental backups run as before with ADSM server, but archives seem to be
running excessively slow.

You can automate pruning of the dsmerror.log with a ERRORLOGR parm in the
clients option file. We use it to keep the amount of data manageable.
