To support Fibre Channel 3590 interface, I need to go up to 3.7.3.6. Is
this a stable level for production? One entry dated 7/17 stated that
tape reclaim or del vol would crash the server at this level. Has
anybody else bad experience with 3.7.3.6?

I see many month-old transaction logs still sitting in the adsm server
even we run archive log inactivation and full backup daily. Any idea

We are about to install the dual-gripper feature in the 3494. This
means we will lose a few cells at the top and at the bottom. After
re-inventory, we should get all the volumes correctly identified in the
library. My question is: anything I need to do on the TSM side for

I need to add a 2nd RS/6000 TSM server to an existing 3494. The book
says that IBM ATL must be partitioned for multiple TSM servers to use
the same library. Exactly how is a 3494 partitioned? What needs to be
done on the 3494 side? I know I need to use different set of category
