I have currently been working on a system level recovery procedure. I now
have tested procedures for restoring to the same hardware and changing the
system disk controller. Here is what I am doing:
1. Backup entire system including registry and event logs.
2. Load base NT + IP to any dir

I have seen this message before. Check the Compatibility level of your
database using the sp_dbcmptlevel command. When I saw this problem, I was
using SQL 7.0, but the compatibility level was 6.5. I fixed it by upgrading
to TDP for MS SQL Server v1.1.2 (IP21873).
