"select count(*) from volumes ..."
counts the volumes already attached to storagepools
not the tapes in the tape library
if you have 400 tapes in the STK - Library named 'STK-LIB' try a
"select count(*) from libvolumes where LIBRARY_NAME='STK-LIB'"
and yu will get
Unnamed[1]
Ken,
after upgrading the old drives from B to E
the definition of the drives in the library are still type 'B'.
So they don't mount any tape written in a new drive of type E for writing.
Delete the upgraded tape drives from the library and define them new.
