This is under one of the menu Options in the normal Backup/Restore GUI on
the client.

Think you are right with that. My parents PC had this a while back,
nightmare to get rid off but was def a virus. Suggest you scan the machine
or rebuild it.

Have seen this done but at the time (may have changed with 5.3 ?) you would
rely on the user to make the backup, there was no way to force it at
logon/connection like you can with other products on the market.
