transferred is the same as the original file size. I am taking
incremental backups all the time.
I have also used include.subfile option but still there is no improvement.

Dear All,
As per my understanding, the only that needs to be configured is server
address in client option file if we are not using scheduling etc.
Adaptive sub file backup will be used to conserve dialup bandwidth.
Client connected to internet will receive IP address from some ISP, not
known to T

Can you please elaborate on keeping storage pool on NAS (NetApps)?
My client wants to take backup disk of TSM server and then to migrate it
onto NAS storage pool instead of tapes.
Very Briefly, how can this be accomplished??

Great,
that would suggest that, TSM EE will be setup first to access NAS volumes,
and then device class bla bla .. and then that next storage pool.
We do not even require "Tivoli Storage Manager for NDMP" as NAS in question
would be NetApps and TSM EE is already equipped to talk to NAS using NDMP.

I need to know the explanation of the attached graph of "Session Load

Whereas I guess, Once you successfully remove the tape from library ..we do not
need to discard the data .. but you may ask TSM to move the data to the same
storage pool..in your case copypool.
