It looks funny to me that the library manager doesnt have the lowest SCSI
address.
Are the library and drives online?

How many barcode digits are you presenting to Tivoli?
It might be an issue if you present only 6 and don't present the volume type
qualifier L2 or L1.
Had a similar problem with a HP EML245 on the same TSM version

Hi,
Yes we TSM 5.3.2.1 on W2K3Sp1
Novell client 5.3.2.0
NW 6.5 SP2
Had exactly the same problem and hoped downgrade to 5.3.0.12 would help
Suppose we will have to log a call
We are using on tsafs /enablegw=true which usually gives us 100% quality on
GW backup.

But it will restore the first backed up long filename.

sources to load dsmc -sched
rather than dsmcad for scheduling and use cad for the GUI.
I hope that helps.

Hi,
IMO you could create a new schedule with adifferent start time on the
configuration manager.
This schedule will not be active on any of the other servers. Just activate
the schedule on the local server where you need to run it.

Hi,
With the exception of deleted files, the B/A client is responsible for

We achieve as well 30GB/hr backup speed per post office, but up to 110GB/hr
aggregate backup speed over all NetWare nodes during a backup.

don't need any retries.
The only files we had to exclude are messages which are in the process of
being sent or received (transient).
Other than that we have a 100% success rate. These are tested backups as we
are restoring at least 5 post offices a week.
Cheers
