Lost Admin password

Does anybody know a way to recover from a lost admin password. We have an ADSM server running on AIX, but no one knows the passwords to the admin ID's. I have been able to login to the server, but only as an Analyst/Operator. There are three ID's with System authority, two of which are locked o
