Hello All,
Trying to get trained on TSM, and only classes I am seeing are TSM 5.3.
Will the training/procedures/logic of a 5.3 admin class mostly be useful to
a production 5.2 installation?
Thank You,

the drives are constantly seeking as
fast as they can for hours or days.
So, I am very thankful for journaling as long as the service doesn't
crash...but again, IBM hasn't looked at this yet until my account-rep can
clear up that yes, we bought tivoli and yes, we have a support contract.

Or is there a better mouse-trap for ASR in BladeCenter?

to have a big long manual process that has to be
repeated 42 times in a disaster recovery situation. :(
It would seem much more beneficial to have 2 CD's and 1 floppy disk to
restore each server with a simple set of instructions that anyone in IT
could follow?

..BAC-scheduler log
still shows Incremental on D: drive first thing.
It would be easy to make dsmc scripts to do each drive separately...I
just assumed BAC would follow dsm.opt and would image, not Incremental,
D: and E:?
Thanks for any help/advice,

Hi All,
Has anyone tried restoring a "regular" Windows 2003 server into a VMware
virtual instance with Tivoil?
We are kicking around some new DR procedures and this maybe sounded
doable?

Talk to your IBM rep and he will help you out on this.
Thanks
