STK drives go off line after upgraded to TSM 5.2.3

We are running 5.2.1 and suffered core dump every ten days. So, I upgraded the system to 5.2.3. Now we had a problem STK drives 9940B, one by one goes off-line until there is no drive is on line. We are running AIX 5.2-ML3, STK 7.0.0.2 EDT 6.4 with SAN switch connected between P60 and STK Silo.
