Hi all,
Do any of you ever tried to integrate WIN2K, LDAP with
TSM user and password so that you don't have to
manually register everyone of the B/A Clients? How
tight is the integration with the Active Directory?
Any help appreciated!
Thanks!
David.
The only thing you have to do is to kill the dsmc
sched process and start it again, this will refresh
the IP address to the TSM Server.
Regards.
David.

Hi all TSMers,
I am trying to build an include/exclude list for a
HPUX box. I want to backup something sometimes and not
to backup this same thing others, the problem is that
if I put it on an exclude statement, I will never be
able to backup it unless I include it again. I have
this:
/opt/tivol

No as mentioned earlier in another note you can
disable the TSM to send the events to the NT Event Log
with the next command:
Syntax
DISAble EVent NTEVENTLOG ALL
though you can select wich events you want the TSM to
send to the different outputs.
Hope this helps.
