Network Appliance backup speed

Hi, I'm currently running TSM 3.7.3 on OS/390 with a TSM client at 3.1.0.7. We are beginning the process of running backups for a Network Appliance 730. Client hardware is a Netfinity box with 450 mhz and 256mb memory. Client is connected to the NetApp box by 100mb Ethernet. Client to TSM server
