Changing file attributes

Has anyone else had this time of problem? We have just upgraded from adsm 3.1.2.20 to 4.1 on AIX , the client is still 3.1.06. We upgrade the TSM server a week ago, now all of a sudden the file attributes are changed after the backup from read/write/shared to just read/write.
