When I manually update a copypoolvolume with access=offsite, put it in the
vault, and it still has volume status "Filling", will it then be reclaimed
if it reaches reclaimation threshold for the copypool ? Or does it need to
have volume status "Full" to be reclaimed ? If it does, how do I circu
