I can find the latest (7.1.2.0) maintenance release here:
ftp://service.boulder.ibm.com//storage/tivoli-storage-management/maintenance/tivoli-data-protection/ntsql/v712/windows
but you have to have the license-key which comes via Passport.

I can see these activities are running frequently, but I can't figure out what
they are. I haven't been able to find any documentation on the activity types
in the ACTIVITY_SUMMA
Are ther any tasks like backup storage pool?

My guess is that these entries are used for capacity trend graphs in Operations
Center.
