Hi, I have a problem with a TSM session that refuced to be killed. I have tried the "cancel se ###" command but nothing happens. The session is from a SQL backup that failed . It is in MediaWaiting status and it is waiting a mount point in the librery, even when the librery has free active dri

You need to pursue diagnosis. Your posting doesn't say if this is the first time this client backup has been historically attempted, or if it had been working for some time. It may be the first attempt, and the server configuration is incorrect such that type of drive requested is one which does

Hi there I have had a few volumes in a disk storage pool go down as a result of hardware failure.The pool contains staging data for backups of a number of nodes prior to migrating to tape. There was not sufficient time for this data to have been copied to the corresponding copypool either.
