Run today an UNLOADDB / LOADFORMAT / LOADDB successfully (decrease my DB
percent from 72.1 % to 57 %) . My question is still got when running the
loaddb few lines like this despite of the process finished correctly:

My server is AIX TSM version 5.1.6.0

I would say the advice was incomplete and your "feelings" are quite
correct.
Restore of a TSM server DB is the first step inoperational recovery
process. Next (though not so lengthy) step is to configure the libraries,
drives, paths, and ... storage agents + polled clients.

Yesterday archives ran on some servers as they usually do. The management
class which used to be set for 6 month retention, was changed to 3 years,
about 5 days ago. This morning I see reported many of the archives show
failed from yesterday so I decided to check one server log I have access to.
