If I understand you correctly, the answer is yes and I do this daily.
I have 3-tape libraries (1-3493 2-3583) and they are shared by all 4-TSM
servers (2-AIX and 2-Linux) across our SAN.
1-AIX server is the Library Manager for the
"ADSM: Dist Stor Manager"
