There are several approaches to accomplish differing retention requirements
as your customer desires. The first, maybe most obvious is the one you
proposed... multiple TSM clients for each retention req., for example,

indicated that he wants to start doing full weekly and monthly archives
and keeping them for 1 and 5 years respectively. This wouldn't be a
problem except that he
